Refund Policy
Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
This policy applies to all orders placed through our international fashion e-commerce website. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase, and outline the following rules in compliance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
1 Order Cancellation
- We accept order cancellation only before the product is shipped or produced. Once your order is dispatched or production has started (e.g., custom items), cancellation is no longer available.
- Upon successful cancellation, a full refund (including product price and any prepaid shipping fee) will be processed within 3 business days.
- To cancel an order, please contact our customer service at support@eonwooo.com with your order number and cancellation request. We will confirm the status within 24 hours.
2 Return Policy
You are eligible to apply for a return within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received (try-on for fit only is allowed, with no signs of use such as stains, wrinkles, or damaged tags).
- The item is in its original packaging (including tags, labels, dust bags, and any accessories included with the product).
- You provide valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email, receipt, or invoice).
Non-returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized products (made to your specific requirements).
- Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, bras) and swimwear (for hygiene reasons, unless unopened and sealed).
- Final sale items (marked "Final Sale" on the product page).
- Items damaged due to improper use, washing, or handling by the customer.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service at support@eonwooo.com to request a return address and Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number, item details, and reason for return.
- Package the item securely with the RA number clearly marked on the outer packaging. Include a copy of your proof of purchase.
- Ship the return package to the provided address using a trackable courier service. Retain the tracking number for reference.
Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns). No restocking fee will be charged for returned products. For defective, wrong, or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping fee (provide the shipping receipt for reimbursement). For change-of-mind returns, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
3 Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item (usually within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will send you an email notification confirming receipt.
- We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days of inspection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Refund amount includes the product price only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, wrong delivery).
4 Late or Missing Refunds
- If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, first check your bank account or payment platform (e.g., PayPal) for processing delays. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund (usually 5-10 business days).
- If you have confirmed with your bank/payment provider and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us directly at support@eonwooo.com with your order number, refund confirmation details, and bank information. Our team will investigate promptly and provide an update within 2 business days.
